ii. The User shall have the right to correction, completion, updating and erasure of its Personal Data for Processing of which it has previously given consent. Upon receiving the verifiable request for erasure or updating of Personal Data by you the Company shall erase or update your Personal Data unless retention of the same is necessary for the specified purpose or for compliance with any law for the time being in force.

Subject to effective regulatory/statutory requirements, where consent given by the User is the basis of Processing of Personal Data, such User shall have the right to withdraw its consent at any time however, such withdrawal shall not affect the legality of Processing of the Personal Data based on consent before its withdrawal.
Upon receipt of such a request, We ensure that the requests are addressed in a timely manner and in compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and policies. If Company concludes that the request cannot be fulfilled, the Company will respond with a reasonable justification for denial of such request. The Company will maintain records of all such requests and any such statements from you, irrespective of their status of Processing.
